FRANKLIN, NJ — Solar panels caught fire on top of a business in Franklin Township prompting a large response from emergency responders on Wednesday. On July 10 at 5:08 p.m., the Franklin Township Police Department and firefighters went to a Cozzoli Machine Company on School House Road near Randolph Road after multiple calls reported black smoke coming from the roof of the manufacturing facility.
