The three major companies developing the future Hillsboro Solar Project on the north side of Highway 20 just to the west of Pond Springs, General Joe Wheeler’s historic home, held an open house for members of the public to learn about the project in the gymnasium of the old R.A. Hubbard High School in North Courtland last week.
