‘Sunny Fields’ proponent brings case for solar panels on farmland – Indiana Gazette

A proponent of a proposed solar and energy storage project in Armstrong and Indiana counties — whose company previously suggested a solar plant in the Plumcreek Township area — brought his case to a busy Indiana County Commissioners’ meeting Wednesday.

“I appreciate the farming and energy industries of Indiana County,” said Justin A. Mason, program director of the Pennsylvania Conservative Energy Forum and field director for the Pennsylvania Land & Liberty Coalition.
