“We have been trying to get our Sunrun system repaired since the end of March when it was first damaged. Per [Sunrun’s] instructions, we sent photos of the damage. We have had Sunrun representatives or subcontractors come out several times to confirm the problem, but nobody has come with the equipment and hardware to execute the repair. We made an appointment in mid-July, but [Sunrun] failed to show up.
