A lot can change in six years. For instance, Hubbard-Radcliffe Superintendent Dr. Adam Zellmer was new to the district. One of the capital improvements the H-R School Board discussed then was solar power on the district’s buildings. But as a non-taxable entity, public schools found very little financial incentives to help pay for solar projects.
Fast forward to Monday night as the current Board found they could get such a project done and get more than half of that money back almost immediately.
