Michigan solar company files for bankruptcy in wake of alleged embezzlement – MLive.com

PORTAGE, MI — A Michigan solar company announced it has filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy so it can reorganize its debts and provide meaningful payments to its creditors.

Orbit Marketing, LLC, which does business as Climax Solar, announced in a news release it’s in this position because it placed trust in the “wrong individuals.”
