Council unanimously approved a resolution urging the Pennsylvania legislature to pass Solar for Schools, which is a bill introduced by state Rep. Elizabeth Fiedler.

The bill would create a grant program using a combination of state money and federal Inflation Reduction Act funds to help Pennsylvania public schools install solar panels.
