KULPMONT — Councilmen Steve Motyka and Robert Fanella met with state Rep. JoAnne Stehr, R-107, at Terry-Miriello Memorial Stadium on Friday to discuss a proposed ground-mounted solar array project.
Joining the officials were Tony Mazzatesta and Kaleb Hoch, regional director and engineer, respectively, of RETTEW Associates Inc., which contracted with the borough last month to complete engineering and permitting for the project.
